Submissions for this year's conference have now closed. However, we encourage you to attend, connect with our network, and continue working on your ideas for next year's conference!

Will materials be available after the event?

Materials from the keynote speeches, poster presentations, and talks will be made available on the ITL website shortly after the conference. Additional supporting materials will also be provided as appropriate to facilitate continued learning.

Can I attend only specific sessions or do I need to be present for the entire day?

You are welcome to attend specific sessions based on your interests and availability. The conference schedule will be shared closer to the event, allowing you to plan your attendance accordingly.

Can I bring a guest or colleague who is not affiliated with the University of Manchester?

Accepted Answer

The conference is primarily intended for students and staff of the University of Manchester. However, if you would like to bring a guest or colleague from outside the university, please contact the conference organizers in advance to discuss the possibility.

What accessibility arrangements will be available at the conference?

Accepted Answer

The venue is wheelchair accessible, all rooms will have either permanent or portable hearing loops, and we will have captions for the plenaries. There will be a prayer room and a quiet space. Please indicate additional needs via the form on the next page. Online tickets are also available.
