How can Open Research foster Impact?
Thursday 7 November, 2019 10 -11.30 am,
at the Lakehouse (RCH/248x), Ron Cooke Hub
Join us on Thursday 7 November for our autumn term Impact Forum session on "How can Open Research foster Impact?" We'll have three speakers, including Aidan Horner from Psychology who will give an overview about Open Research and then talks from Holly Wright from Archaeology and Kevin Cowtan from Chemistry about their first hand experiences exploring how open research approaches have helped to facilitate the impacts of their projects. The York Research Impact Forum aims to bring together researchers from across the University to share best practice and discuss issues and concerns about their knowledge exchange and impact work. The forum sessions are open to all research-active staff at the University, and also to PhD students and administrative staff who support impact. All sessions are intended to be cross-disciplinary.
