Aim:
To equip staff with practical tools and strategies to actively build a more inclusive workplace culture.
Objectives:
- Increase awareness of individual and collective roles in fostering inclusion
- Identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth in current inclusion practices
- Develop concrete action plans to implement inclusive behaviors and practices
- Foster a sense of psychological safety and encourage open dialogue about inclusion
Outcome:
Participants will leave with a heightened understanding of inclusion, actionable steps for their roles, and a renewed commitment to creating a positive and welcoming work environment for all.
Target audience:
All staff members interested in contributing to a more inclusive workplace.
