Description
A truly unique experience of self-discovery in an open and creative space.
Over the course of two afternoons we will work together in a small group to build confidence and connection through creative self-expression. We gather in a beautiful hall with a garden and a pagoda. If weather permits we will be outside.
The themes we are going to explore are:
- Where your inner drive and power lie
- What your unique deeper "Why" is
- Where does creativity and curiosity come from
- How one accesses inner guidance, agency and wisdom in a fast- changing world
- What would your future self like to create in your life. Exploration of what is possible.
- Confidence and sense of belonging
- The ingredients of a joyful and purposeful life that are uniquely yours
The exploration will happen through free art, prompted writing, visualization / imagination journey, conversation and discussion.
Supplies are provided.
Anna , Maria and Allison of The Epicenter are instructing the sessions. Together they bring experience in neuroscience, business, finance, art, and philosophy.
