Ed Midson

A highly engaging and adaptable consultant and facilitator, Ed specialises in organisational, cultural and behavioural development and change. An accredited Positive Psychology Practitioner and Agile Scrum Master, Ed has trained as an ILM level 7 Professional Coach and Leadership Mentor, possesses accreditations as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology, Practitioner of Emotional Intelligence and is currently in his final year of study for an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology. He has a track-record of improving performance by creating organisational alignment, confidence and buy-in while developing capability and engagement within complex change programmes.

Ed’s consultancy career spans more than 13 years and ranges from working with individual clients seeking support with personal challenges and aspirations, to C suite executives looking to reach professional goals and accelerate their behavioural development. Ed’s person-centred approach is enhanced by his strengths of enthusiasm, creativity and collaboration as a catalyst and agent of change. His style brings together both support and challenge driven by curiosity. His first class observational acuity and questioning skills honed over the course of a decade, enable him to swiftly share insightful feedback which increases understanding of behaviour, its potential impact, and can uncover hidden talents and resources.

Pam Barker-Mears

Pam’s people development career spans more than 25 years with clients ranging from student stage managers and individuals seeking to create positive changes in life directions, to aspiring and senior leaders wishing to grow both professionally and behaviourally. As a Positive Psychology Practitioner with accreditation from the CIPD in Learning and Development, Pam has trained as an ILM Professional Coach, possesses accreditations as a Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology, Practitioner of Strengthscope, Strengths Deployment Inventory and is currently in her final year of study for an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology.

Pam’s humanistic approach encompasses compassion, empathy and unconditionality, which are complemented by her strengths of curiosity, enthusiasm and being a proactive builder of esteem. Her style is that of supportive challenge driven by her dedication to unlock people’s innate potential and increase performance, while maintaining wellbeing.
