We invite school staff and mental health practitioners to join the UCL ReSET team for a webinar exploring insights and practical tips from ReSET, a new preventative, group-based mental health intervention for adolescents delivered in school settings.
Hear directly from Prof. Essi Viding, Prof. Pasco Fearon, and Dr. Alex Lloyd as they share findings from the ReSET project, which focusses on building young people’s skills in emotion processing and fostering more positive social relationships, to improve wellbeing.
The session will cover key results from the intervention, lessons learned from implementing ReSET in schools, and important considerations for anyone delivering mental health support in educational settings.
The speakers will also discuss future plans for ReSET and how schools can play a central role in supporting young people’s wellbeing.
