Join me, Jon Reynolds, for a focused 60-minute workshop designed to upgrade your running technique. This isn't about running more miles—it's about learning the fundamentals that turn effort into speed and reduce the risk of injury.
Who is this for? This workshop is for ALL runners in Hackney who want to run faster and feel more efficient whilst doing it. Whether you're training for a 5K, half-marathon or Ultra this biomechanics workshop is for you.
What You Will Learn:
- The Science of Speed: An introduction to the core mechanical factors that make a runner fast and efficient.
- Specific Warm-Up Drills: Dynamic movements to properly activate the key muscles for running—no more cold starts!
- Efficiency Drills: A powerful set of practical drills you can immediately incorporate into your training to improve stride, reduce wasted energy, and protect your joints.
- Intelligent Cool-Down: Learn how to properly bring your body down to maximise recovery.
What to Bring: Water bottle, a small tea-towel (for specific stability drills!), a pair of gloves, and wear your regular running kit.
