Developed by the team that built Assist—the first generative AI tool approved for cross-government use now being used across 200+ government organisations—this isn't theoretical guidance but tried and tested expertise from practitioners who have addressed real-world AI implementation challenges.

These publications address the two critical challenges hindering AI adoption:

Bridging the gap between implementing AI tools and effective user adoption – people using the AI tools you give them, and using them well
Anticipating and mitigating "hidden" risks in how people and organisations interact with AI – maximising the impact and minimising the risks of your AI roll-outs
