Unlocking Facilitation is a participatory workshop exploring the core skills, mindset, and presence that makes great facilitation possible. Designed for both emerging and experienced facilitators, this session blends experiential learning with reflection - giving you space to explore who you are as a facilitator: your strengths, challenges, and unique style.

👥 Meet the Facilitators
Nigel Berman is a facilitator with 10 years experience working with universities, charities, corporates and startups. He is the founder and lead facilitator of School of the Wild, and is passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces and brings training in creative facilitation, Systems Centred Theory and the Way of Council.
Dan Simpson is a writer and facilitator with 15 years’ experience across creative, educational, and business settings. He brings a person-centred approach grounded in counselling skills, Authentic Relating, and the power of language to build meaningful connection.
Together they bring warmth, clarity, and deep experience to help you grow your facilitation skills with confidence.
