About this event

Join Douglas Stewart in partnership with Thrivver for Unlocking Potential: Access to Work & Assistive Technology for Neurodiverse Talent, a focused two-hour session designed to help employers, HR leaders, and workplace managers create inclusive, supportive environments.

Neurodiverse talent brings unique strengths to the workplace, but many employees face barriers that can limit their ability to thrive. This session will guide you through how Access to Work — a government-funded scheme — can provide the right support, adjustments, and tools to unlock the full potential of your team.

Attendees will gain practical insights on:

  • How Access to Work funding works and how to maximise it
  • Steps to build inclusive workplaces
  • Using assistive technology to reduce barriers and empower neurodiverse employees

The session will also feature live demonstrations of cutting-edge assistive technologies from Douglas Stewart.

Who Should Attend:

  • HR and People Leaders
  • Diversity & Inclusion Champions
  • Managers supporting neurodiverse employees
  • Workplace adjustments coordinators

Additional Info: Light breakfast refreshments will be served.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of Access to Work, practical strategies for neuro-inclusive workplaces, and hands-on experience with the latest assistive technology.
