Who will be there?
Founder & CEO of Sweqlink, the sweat equity talent platform that helps early stage founders find work-for-equity talent. Prior to joining Sweqlink's mission in making entrepreneurship more accessible, Judy was a digital marketing and web development specialist with a career spanning over two decades managing technical and creative teams, helping businesses from startups through to FTSE 250 companies. She won the Innovate UK Women In Innovation grant award 2025 and supports early stage founders on the LSE Generate Accelerator Programme and Alliance Manchester Business School Venture Builder Programme.
Founder & CEO of Seeker, a talent platform that connects founders with curated candidates who have hands-on startup experience, making hiring fast, affordable and reliable. He has 16 years’ global recruitment experience placing C-suite executives across a range of niche sectors in Europe, Middle East and Asia. He specialises in building and executing recruitment strategies for small businesses, providing high level consultancy support to Managing Directors. Seeker recently won IPHatch Asia and is now implementing 2 patents in collaboration with Nokia, and also backed by Scottish Enterprise’s High Growth Startup Programme.
