Meditation defines that specific type of concentration whereby one’s outbound consciousness is turned inward and exclusively placed on the spiritual aspect of one’s being, namely the soul, or The Spirit. This precise type of focus and action is unique in that it requires no external activity or sensory stimulation. Meditation is a totally internal experience, a personal interaction between your lower and higher selves with the aim of eventually controlling the experience of full emancipation into the soul and Spirit.
When you meditate regularly, you have space and time allocated to rest your mind, breath, heart, and body, and to absorb yourself into the Divine. All excess energy normally wasted on movement and expression is returned to its source in the soul.
