We'll have some wellbeing stories that will inspire you and opportunities to try some easy ways of strengthening our reslience. We'll have free acupuncture, Recovery Writing. Try the cozy Emmaus 'Listening Sofa' where caring folks will listen and a chat. Se e what other ways we can Unlock our Wellbeing, take home your own Creative Instinct art , and of course come hungry to enjoy homemade food together at Wisbech Castle.
