Meet The Trainers

Joshua T. Komolafe is a passionate communicator, teacher, and Kingdom builder with over five years of pastoral experience at Kingdom Culture: a vibrant, Spirit-led community where the supernatural is not just welcomed, but expected. Under his leadership, many have encountered the power of God through signs, wonders, prophetic worship, accurate words of knowledge, and tangible healings.

With a heart to demystify the supernatural for the everyday believer, Joshua is on a mission to make prophetic and spiritual realities practical and accessible; helping Christians not only believe in the supernatural, but walk confidently in it.

Through Pneuma Life Academy, he equips and activates believers to discern God’s voice, carry His power with wisdom, and represent Jesus authentically in everyday life.

Joshua also draws from years of leadership, mentoring, and ministry experience both within and beyond the Church; blending Biblical depth with relatable insight, to raise grounded, Spirit-filled disciples for this generation.

Prophet Mark Iles celebrated a significant milestone in 2023, marking over 45 years of marriage. He has four adult children and eight grandchildren. Since moving to Southampton in 1977, Mark has served in various leadership roles, including 12 years as an Elder in Southampton Community Church. He was saved at the age of 18 during his sister’s baptism.

In 1996, Mark stepped down from his Elder role to travel with Graham Cooke, a recognised international prophetic ministry. He ministered alongside Graham at churches, conferences, and schools of prophecy until 2004, when he moved to the USA. It was there that his prophetic ministry was born and the School for Prophecy training courses were developed.

Before fully committing to ministry, Mark worked in business as a Financial Director. However, in 2006, he felt led to focus entirely on working with churches within the prophetic ministry. His current ministries include:

Church Consultancy – Mark has focused on building Kingdom principles through relational ministry, emphasising envisioning, equipping, and empowering rather than entertaining. He collaborates with numerous church families across the UK and overseas, covering various denominations, styles, and locations, who are committed to long-term Kingdom-building based on trust and relationships.

Prophetic Training – Moving in prophetic ministry since 1993, Mark brings extensive experience to help individuals and church families grow in a biblical and healthy prophetic environment. His goal is to enable the wider church to confidently, comfortably, and correctly hear from God and powerfully operate in the Biblical gift of prophecy, notably through the resources of the School for Prophecy.

Professional Coaching – Drawing on his leadership experience and prophetic ministry, Mark coaches students, clients, and leaders to help them identify and understand their identity, calling, and destiny in Christ. He is particularly skilled in using the ‘Strengths Finder’ personality and skill tools, which have proven to be valuable for many.
