Set-Up & Guest Arrival

Lay out masks, art supplies, and refreshments. Guests welcomed with light drinks/snacks.

Opening & Welcome

Short introduction to the theme: We all wear masks, today we create, explore, and unmask together. Quick grounding activity (deep breath, intention setting).

11:10 AM - 11:40 AM

Mask Making & Skin Prep

Mask-Making Workshop (30 min) Each person designs their own mask using provided materials. Gentle music in the background.

11:40 AM - 12:00 PM

Mask Showcase

Mini “reveal”: everyone puts on their mask and shows it to the group. Each person shares one sentence about what it represents.

12:00 PM - 12:20 PM

Circle Activity

Theme: “Behind the Mask.” In pairs (5 min each), share: One thing they hide from the world. One truth they’d like to live more openly. Come back to circle, short voluntary shares.

12:25 PM - 12:45 PM

Closing Circle & Affirmations

Everyone sits in a circle. Each person shares a personal affirmation or intention going forward. Close with a group affirmation said together (e.g., “I honour who I am, seen and unseen.”).

Farewell & Pack-Down

Quick gratitude from facilitator. Photos in masks (optional). Clean up (Luxury Gift Bags)
