Do you feel like you never stop? Is life so busy that you never give yourself chance to rest? Do you feel stressed? Tired? Anxious?

Sarah Wilson and Hester Singer invite you to an afternoon retreat of Yin and Somatic Yoga combined with the Alexander Technique to teach you how to find calm and space in your everyday life.

In a unique synthesis of methods, they will guide you through various body and mind practices to help you slow down and reset. With the Alexander Technique we notice how the ways we hold our bodies creates tension; we will learn new ways of moving with ease. A combination of Somatic Yoga and Yin Yoga will release tension and find calm in the body.

There will be a supportive sharing circle to help you set your own intentions.

Sarah Wilson is a Yoga and Wellbeing expert, reiki practitioner, and a former senior NHS nurse.

Hester Singer is a qualified Alexander Technique expert with over 10 years’ experience, and a qualified nurse for over 20 years.
