Join us for a special afternoon retreat bringing together Alexander Technique expert Hester Singer and renowned wellness and yoga practitioner and teacher Sarah Wilson. In a unique synthesis of methods, they will guide you though various body and mind practices to help you slow down and release tension.
Using the Alexander Technique we will notice how the habitual ways we hold our bodies can create tension, and we will learn new ways of moving with ease.
Using a combination of Somatic Yoga and Yin Yoga we will release tension and find calm in the body.
There will be a supportive sharing circle to help you set intentions to support your indiviudal needs.
