- Doors open (5:30pm): Arrive early, get settled, and switch your phone off (safe storage available if you’d like).
- Event start (6:00pm): A short welcome from us.
- Quiet time (6:00pm – 7:00pm): Take time for yourself — bring a book, a journal, or some craft, or simply enjoy the calm.
- Social time (7:00pm – 8:00pm): Coffee & cake served, with time to meet new people and share conversation.
- Event close (8:00pm): A gentle wrap-up before we finish for the evening.
