About this event

Other

Vauxhall is rich in historical interest. Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens is probably the best known, so we won’t go there – we’ll go to look at the hidden histories and to hear the stories from the past including the disappearing statue, a slurry wheel, an Oxford vs. Cambridge fixture, Sister Mary of the Cross, the Helping Hand, and boy scouts’ legs being covered up.
