Unshakeable - build confidence for an empowered life
Sat 20 May 2017, 09:00 – 17:00 BST
Would you like to feel more confident and empowered in who you are? Do you find yourself limited by anxiety, a sense of not being good enough, or feel that sometimes you sabotage your own best efforts? Are you ready to move on from living life constrained by a lack of confidence or limited by disconnection from your personal sense of power?
This one-day experiential workshop aims to facilitate participants to reconnect with and tap into a rock-solid, unshakeable well-spring of confidence, through which they can empower their lives for deep positive growth and change.
Through inspiring teaching, and practical and creative exercises, participants will have the opportunity to discover:
- The roots of confidence and personal power in their own lives
- The beliefs and mind-sets that keep them cut off from their personal source of power
- Practical strategies and tools for reconnecting with their own confidence
- How to maintain and deepen their connection with their own power on a day to day basis
