UNSPOKEN - Photography Exhibition

Join us for a one-night immersive viewing of UNSPOKEN, a series of black and white self-portraits forming Stephanies first solo photography exhibition - on display this Autumn in Central London.

"The collection is an exploration of humanity, showcased within the body in which I reside. The subject merely a vessel, in which to portray the struggles and joys of being human. From exhaustion, pain, and captivity, to surrender and empowered freedom.

Through practice of both deep awareness and nonattachment, my work is a series of split seconds of many moments. Allowing the viewer to add the context of their own journey. Each piece becoming a reflection of their own inner being. A mirror. The pieces are self-portraits, yet none are portraits of an individual self." - Stephanie McMahon

Alongside the series will be the premiere of Stephanies first short film, also titled 'UNSPOKEN', in collaboration with videographer Dinara Ostr.

“UNSPOKEN is a visual poem, holding space for the shadow self and the themes left unspoken, hidden in the darkness through unacceptance, shame and fear of societal stigma. UNSPOKEN brings these topics into the light, externalising the internal and speaking the unspoken.“

About the Artist:
Stephanie is a multidisciplinary artist and coach, playing with light to create both captivating photographs and to guide clients on their path. Combining her gifts and trainings, Stephanie offers unique coaching development, somatic work and photographic sessions that allow her clients to dive deeper within themselves, gaining perspective and clarity.
