You are warmly invited to Unspoken, a restorative day of breathwork, dialogue, reflection, and deep rest. A nourishing vegetarian and vegan lunch, along with snacks and refreshments, is included.
Unspoken is a gentle yet transformative workshop that explores the hidden stories we carry; those kept in silence, whether spoken, unspoken, or even unknown to us. Together, we’ll examine how generational patterns, inherited wounds, and unexpressed experiences can quietly influence our lives and relationships.
Through a combination of teaching, breathwork, insight dialogue, and Yoga Nidra, this day offers a safe and spacious environment to connect with the unseen with compassionate awareness. As we soften towards what has been held in silence, we begin to let go of long-standing patterns and blocks, not only in the mind but also in the body and nervous system.
This is an invitation to meet yourself with kindness, to release what no longer serves you, and to reconnect with the deeper vitality, clarity, and freedom that have always been within you.
No one will be required to speak or share anything personal unless they choose to do so. The focus is on connecting with the felt sense, which encompasses what arises in the body, mind, and emotions, and can be explored quietly and privately. There will be chances to share, but always in a gentle, pressure-free environment. The space is held with care: safe, respectful, and attentive to each person’s pace.
