Thu 20 October 2016, 18:30 – 20:30 BST
Many people talk about ‘resilience’, but what exactly is it? What factors make some people more resilient than others? Is it their brain or their environment? This event brings together mental health researchers, practitioners, and members of the public to discuss and debate this important issue, which affects every one of us. Join speakers, including researchers from the Universities of Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Strathclyde for a thought-provoking evening to untangle the complex concept of resilience.
