This weekly Mindful Hatha Yoga class is for those who wish to let go of tensions and rejuvenate their energy.
About this Event
We move from pose to pose in a mindful way to allow time for the body, mind, and breath to soften and relax. Working in a mindful way allows you to move with greater awareness, build confidence, enhance mobility, and increase strength. This class is accessible to both long term practitioners as well as beginners as it provides both challenges and opportunities to grow in your practice. The practice will include asana (poses), breath work(pranayama), and meditation or yoga nidra.
