As the trees shed their leaves, we too are invited to let go—of tension, expectations, emotional weight, or simply the busyness of our minds.


The Art of Letting Go is a grounding, breath-focused Yin Yoga class inspired by the Metal Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This element governs the Lungs and Large Intestine meridians, supporting the sacred act of release, processing grief, refining boundaries, and reconnecting with our inner worth.


🌬️ Focus Areas for the Body

This class will target the upper body, particularly:

* Chest and lungs (emotional heart + breath)


* Upper back and shoulders (where tension and grief often live)


* Arms and hands (meridian lines + symbolic letting go)



Expect long-held, supported postures that gently open the front of the body and shoulders, stimulate the lung and large intestine meridians, and invite a deep softening into rest.


💨 Breathwork Focus: Sighing Breath


A simple but powerful breath practice to support emotional release and lung meridian activation.


🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation

To complement the physical and energetic theme of release, you’ll be guided through a meditation that supports emotional clarity, breath awareness, and gentle letting go.- “I Let Go, I Make Space"


🗓️ This Metal Element series runs weekly until 7th November, when we transition into our Winter Water Element offerings—inviting deeper rest, introspection, and energetic renewal.
