Join us for a midweek pause designed to help you transition from the busyness of the day into a calmer, more grounded evening.

This gentle breathwork session offers space to soften, breathe deeply, and land back into yourself... no experience needed, just bring your breath and an open mind.

Doors open at 5.45pm: arrive early for a soft landing, a chat, and a cuppa


Breathwork begins at 6.15pm: a relaxing 30-minute practice to support your nervous system and soothe your mind


We close by 7.15pm: leaving you calm, grounded, and carrying a little stillness into the rest of your evening

Whether you're feeling frazzled, overstimulated, or simply need a reset, you're welcome here.

Come as you are, leave feeling a little more like yourself again.
