Updated employment law - know the changes

With the Employment Rights Bill looming, the session will give your organisation an understanding of what is to come under the Labour government, how it may affect your charity and what you can do to start getting ready for the changes.

About Hannah Butterworth

Hannah is an Employment Law and HR Senior Business Partner at NatWest Mentor. She has been at Mentor for over 6 years now and looks after a range of small-medium size businesses, ranging up to 500 staff, on all things HR and employment law.

She supports her clients through any employee relations to ensure they are compliant with employment law, builds their people strategies to reach their goals, delivers management training and creates compliant HR documentation.

Working in HR and employment law has opened a whole word of interesting stories, she could write a book!
