Guest speaker's bio: Heather Beattie FCIPD

In addition to being a Branch Chair for the North Staffordshire and South Cheshire branch Heather is part of the CIPD Experience assessment and upgrade team. As an associate assessor Heather, has worked with and assessed people professionals over the past 4 years to be recognised at their true level of operation.
