Upholstery Class: Drum Lampshade

Join Susannah as she guides you to create your own 30cm drum shade from scratch!

Drum lampshades are versatile and can be styled to fit your interior design. It is not always possible to match lampshades with other soft furnishings so why not create your own! Perhaps you want your lampshade to match cushion covers or curtains.

What do I need to bring?

The cost of £45 is for the course and the lampshade kit. Please bring your own fabric to finish your drum shade. Choose a colour/design to fit with your interior design! We recommend you choose a lightweight fabric. Cotton, linen or polyester cottons work best.

You’ll need half a meter of a standard fabric width (137cm). Your finish drum shade will be 25.5cm high, so when choosing a print, consider how the print will fit onto your shade.

Please note that we run all of our courses based on a minimum number of attendees, in the unlikely event we need to cancel, we will let you know as soon as we have made the decision. As such we are unable to offer refunds to anyone who cancels within 48 hours of the course taking place. We thank you for your understanding.
