Dynamic Vinyasa Flow Class 2020!

Come and join Gracefully Flow through a powerful vinyasa flow. A opportunity to create fire within the body, to challenge your mind and build strength. Expect sun salutations, chaturangas and inversions!

Class is £7 and can be paid via debit card in advance or cash on the day.

Come and join me at Upper Heyford Village Hall, where I’ll lead you through a dynamic vinyasa flow! Bring a bottle of water, mats are available!

As spaces are limited, I'd be really grateful if those who can no longer make it, that tickets are cancelled at least 3 hours before the event starts so that the place can be offered to someone else. Thank you!
