Upton Sleep Workshop For Under 1's

A session for parents / carers and their baby under one year old. During the session we will share information about sleep and safe sleep for babies. It will include activities for your baby to play with and ideas for you to try at home.

During the sessions you will also be able to talk on a 1:1 basis with our qualified Early Years professionals about development and wellbeing topics, ask questions and share any concerns or worries you have about your child or your own wellbeing
