Can I cancel my ticket or get a refund?

Accepted Answer

No, refunds are only given if we are forced to cancel an event.  You may however transfer your ticket at face value or less.

Question 2

Is there parking at Triple Point Brewery?

Accepted Answer

There is pay on display on street parking on Mary St and various other nearby streets.  There is also a car park on Matilda Street around the corner.

Question 3

Is there somewhere to leave my bag/jacket/item?

Accepted Answer

There is a limited amount of space in your guides vehicle for leaving items, though this is done wholly at your own risk and neither your guide, Howl Bushcraft or the Sheaf & Porter Rivers Trust will be held liable for any loss or damage.

Question 4

What should I wear on my feet?

Accepted Answer

You should wear full height wellies, waders, hiking boots or other robust footwear that covers your feet completely and protects you from potential punctures or scratches.

Question 5

What SHOULDN'T I wear on my feet?

Accepted Answer

You should not wear anything open like sandals, flip flops, slides, etc.  You should not wear flimsy material shoes like water socks.  You should not wear high heels, platforms or other footwear that could be unsafe for your ankles.

Question 6

How long should I pay for parking?

Accepted Answer

You should allow approximately 2hrs from the official tour start time, though we cannot guarantee the tour will not be slower.  Most tours will be done in under 1hr 45 minutes.

Question 7

Should I bring a walking stick or pole?

Accepted Answer

You may find a stick or pole helps with your balance and confidence in moving through flowing water that is often hard to see through, but it is not a requirement.

Question 8

When do I need to be at Triple Point Brewery for my tour?

Accepted Answer

You must be there and ready 15 minutes before your tour starts.

Question 9

Can I bring my dog with me?

Accepted Answer

You cannot bring any animal with you.
