About the ride:

An introduction to foraging for flavour, the ride will take a route that is rich with edible ingredients. You'll learn a bit about how to safely identify wild food, as well as how to harvest and preserve it. They'll also be a demonstration of how to prepare some tasty snacks with foraged samples.

About George:

A professional forager with 20 years experience in wild flavours and in particular, culinary uses, preservation, distilling and the history surrounding them. George ran his own wild food pub/restaurant for 10 years and has appeared both on TV and in print.
