Pre-Work
- You will need to complete your OPQ behavioural assessment online - this will be emailed to you. Deadline 5th Nov
- Pre prepare the answer to the big question – What excites you about being an AM? The link to the brief is in your TAP email
Use the prompts to give you ideas on what your answer should contain. It will need to be delivered in your own way on the assessment day. This could be in an informal presentation, talking point props that represent your main points, or it might be a structured sit-down discussion. Feel free to get creative if you fancy it and overall – feel comfortable with your method. It’s the content you choose to discuss that matters
