Urban Retreat: Yoga and Raw Food with Olga and Erika
Our Urban Retreat day starts with a 90 minute yoga class taught by Erika, followed by a hands on raw food workshopduring which you will learn to prepare all the dishes involved. You will leave with a handout with the recipes prepared during the workshop so that you can replicate them. We will be serving a wholesome breakfast after the yoga class as well as a lunch, which we all will have contributed to prepare. Herbal tea and juice will be offered too. All food is vegan and gluten and dairy free.

A workshop dedicated for the uber busy city dweller with no time to cook.
We will explore how to prepare delicious and fresh ingredients ahead so that your fridge always has something you can prepare quickly and easily even with only a few spare minutes. We will explore the use of the spiralizer with seasonal vegetables, as well as dressings and pestos that you can prepare ahead of time and store. We will also learn to prepare quick and easy soups with delicious and fresh ingredients.
