This one day workshop will be a time away for you from the demands of daily life. It is dedicated to allow you to experience peace, stillness and insight within yourself and to develop an understanding how to grow happiness in your life.
It is an opportunity to reassess your values and practise exercises to refresh, nourish, resource and relax yourself.
The workshop is highly experiential with practical guidance. You will receive a handout and a CD to continue at home if wished.

Mindfulness Teacher and Well-Being Educator (Practitioner) Heike Hollerung has a background in counselling, body work, mental health and special needs support. Her passion is to combine the depths of insight meditation and other spiritual traditions with personal development approaches. The aim is to increase self- awareness, compassion and a sense of feeling fulfilled, enjoying life.
