Description

You are a frequent runner, running occasionally or just planning to start? For sure you are aware of what you eat before and after training.

Together we will first have a presentation by experienced marathoner Alex. His personal best on a marathon is 2 hours 42 minutes and he knows almost everything about the nutrition and recovery. Afterwards with our chef Antonina we will design own version of energy bar you can produce at home and will cook it together.
