John began his career as an actor and comedy writer on the British satirical series Spitting Image, later going on to work closely with Steve Coogan on such shows as Coogan’s Run, the Paul and Pauline Calf video Diaries and Knowing Me, Knowing You… with Alan Partridge.

Since then John Thomson has accrued a number of awards for his work as a stand-up comedian, comedy writer and actor, including a Perrier Comedy Award for his work at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He was a long-standing cast member for the cult British comedy the Fast Show as well as holding a role as a recurring actor in Men Behaving Badly.

More recently John Thomson has become known for his role in the ITV hit comedy drama Cold Feet

Adam Rowe.

Adam Rowe first got on stage to do Stand-Up in 2010. A little over a year later he was named Liverpool Comedian of the Year, quit his bar job and hasn’t looked back.

After being asked to host the prestigious Big Value Showcase at The Edinburgh Fringe in 2014, Adam is now in demand to play all of the UK’s biggest comedy clubs and has firmly established himself as one of the most exciting young comics of his generation.

In 2015, Adam recorded his first Stand-Up Special & DVD, titled “Opinionated Hypocrite”, live at the sold out Unity Theatre in Liverpool. He also has his own weekly podcast “Talking Crap” in which he rants and talks about all sorts of things, but mainly; comedy, battle rap and football.

A Hot Water Comedy Club favourite and viral sensation. Adam is also and up and coming TV favourite, with appearances on shows like ITV's The Stand Up Sketch Show.

Freddy Quinne.

Based in Manchester, award-winning comedian Freddy Quinne's 'uniquely northern observational humour' (Lancashire Evening Post) has seen a meteoric rise into some of the biggest clubs in the country. Including recieveing online fame with Live at Hot Water Comedy Club.

Quinne couples "clever, well placed gags" (Pickled Egg) together with a vulnerable persona for a unique experience which combines to make 'a real tour de force performance' (Alex Boardman). His willingness to break away from his set and involve the crowd leads for an engaging and memorable set backed up with frantic energy and raw emotion.

Anna Spark.

Anna Spark is an Australian comedian who is taking the North West by storm. After landing she immediately won Comedy Store King Gong and went on very quickly to win Frog and Bucket World Series.

Chortle and the British Comedy Guide has described her as "audaciously funny" with "close-to-the-bone humour." And the original Comedian's Comedian Mick Ferry states that she is "dark and sick but in control."

Anna is going to Edinburgh this year to perform in the Free Fringe with her first solo show Holy Fetus. This show is about shame and embarrassment, she hopes to help you get over your anxiety inducing memories by describing her most shameful and hilarious memories.
