Who is it for?
Virtually anyone! We welcome 16+ years who are able to participate in cardio vascular exercise. All exercises are accessible for those who can't stand.
What will I be doing?
Gentle simulated laughter followed by fun laughter exercises, plus Bollywood Laughter Dance!

About the facilitator:
Sunny Turner - Laughter Ambassador and Happiness Facilitator (https://seriouslaughter.co.uk) has been delivering Laughter Yoga sessions since 2016 to various communities - All who remember the joy they felt during the session!
A competent speaker, Sunny has been on the stage of many conferences and festivals, including Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place Festival in Tatton Park, Social Prescribing Conference, Womanifest, and Wellnergy.
