🎙️ Lynn Greenberg

Lynn is a founder, investor, startup advisor and speaker. She is the Founder and CEO of Pivt, the company social app designed to reduce turnover and improve the social well-being of relocated, remote, and transient employees. Lynn was recently named to the Forbes 30 under 30 List and Forbes Next 1000. Prior, Lynn worked at Bloomberg LP in London and then as a Senior Associate at Autonomy Ventures, where she procured startup deal-flow, managed teams, and drove value creation for portfolio companies. She currently serves as the VP of Panels for the New York Venture Community (NYVC), and mentors/advises at Women in Business at Yeshiva University, Astia Angels, and London & Partners, and Athletic Venture Advisors. Lynn is a frequent panelist, startup judge, and speaker, including at SXSW, Franklin & Marshall College, NYU Stern Business School, Columbia University Business School, NY Venture Summit, and the University of Oxford. Lynn has been featured in publications such as: Forbes, The London Evening Standard, and Digital Trends. Michael Labriola is a partner based in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's London office, where he counsels public and private technology, life sciences and emerging growth companies through all stages of their growth. Michael has a particular focus on advising companies that undertake transformative events, such as growth financings, IPOs, acquisitions and exit sales. He counsels clients in matters ranging from formation and early-stage venture financing to listings of publicly traded securities on U.S. and foreign exchanges to seasoned public offerings and private and public company acquisitions.

🎙️ Oleg Mukhanov

Oleg is the Co-Founder and COO of SteadyPay, which exists to improve the financial wellness of all gig economy workers. Oleg is an executive and an advisor to several start-ups, as well as an angel investor. Formerly an investment banker with UBS in London and a VC investor with Enso Ventures — where he invested in technology and biotech companies in Europe and the US. SteadyPay recently raised $5m in Series A funding.

Samantha is Senior Regional Director at Globalization Partners. She is an experienced Sales professional in tech startup and growth companies, with a focus on strategic and disruptive solutions. She is responsible for driving revenue in a fast-paced and high-growth environment and has a background in International Business having lived and worked overseas, including a year working in Taiwan.
