About this event

Want to showcase your digital health innovation in North America?

This is a great opportunity for highly innovative companies to showcase, network and meet with key decision makers in the US digital healthcare market

We are seeking companies in the Life Sciences Digital Health space who are working with healthcare providers, hospitals, public health system and large pharma companies to join our trade mission.

About: The American healthcare market is ripe with opportunities for digital healthcare. The large population and the current health system makes it particularly interesting and attractive to companies looking to break into the US market. The Covid pandemic has created a need for remote care and health solutions to help people gain access to the right advice, guidance and treatment without having to travel. This mission will give companies a chance to showcase their innovative solutions and explore the opportunities in market and win commercial deals.

Format: Following a successful virtual mission in April, the in-person trade mission will take place in November. There will be a full programme of activity across the East Coast during the in-person trade mission. All of the content will be mandatory unless otherwise stated, if you cannot commit the time please do not apply.

Where: In-person trade mission to the US, East Coast (locations to be confirmed)

When: Monday 7 November - Friday 11 November 2022

Eligibility criteria: To join this trade mission, your company must fit the sector focus and be a member of the Mayor’s International Business Programme or London Leaders Network. When registering your interest, you will be asked a set of follow-up questions to ensure these criteria are met.

Please note: MIBP companies who joined in 2021 (up to cohort 20) will have to graduate and join the London Leaders Network programme in order to participate to the in-person second part of the mission.

Any companies wishing to apply who are not yet part of the Mayor's International Business Programme or the London Leaders Network, please note that you will need to be accepted onto either programme to apply to participate in the mission. Eligibility criteria for the Mayor’s International Business Programme include:

  • 20% YoY growth
  • £1m in revenue or funding equivalent (or combination of both) per annum
  • 10-249 employees.

For more information about the programme, please click here. Please be sure to list specific companies you are seeking to meet with as well as a well-reasoned outline of why your company would be a good fit for this mission.

For London Leaders Network, please note that the travel and accommodation for this mission will be at your own expense, and a £2500 mission fee payable ahead of the mission taking place.
