Event Details

The JUSP usage profiling reports can provide you with key information to help you understand your usage statistics in a broader context.

This webinar will include an overview of the usage profiling reports, both calendar and academic year reports, and give a demonstration to show how they work. It will also share real-life examples from JUSP libraries including a case study from Jason Harper (Plymouth University) who will share its application for both management intelligence, and for business decision-making. He will share how Plymouth University has used the JUSP usage profiling reports to benchmark their electronic journal usage against sector averages for a Senior Management group, and to make a business case for investment in authentication architecture in order to improve user access, and ROI for Library eresources.
