About this event

Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools are increasingly finding their way into arbitration practice, offering both opportunities and risks. This webinar will examine how arbitrators can use AI responsibly and effectively while safeguarding fairness, confidentiality and procedural integrity.

Panellists will discuss practical issues such as identifying and addressing AI hallucinations in submissions and evidence, navigating disclosure (or non-disclosure) obligations, and how arbitrators are integrating AI into preparation, procedural orders, and the case management conference.

The webinar will also explore potential consequences and sanctions arising from unauthorised or incorrect AI use, drawing on emerging practices and comparative approaches.

This webinar will be moderated by Peter Neumann.

This series is FREE for Ciarb Fellows.
