Description

Course Description

This hands-on, one-day, interactive workshop provides an in-depth understanding of User Stories within an Agile context through both knowledge sharing and practical exercises. We will explore the lifecycle of a User Story, from initial discovery to ‘Done.’

Whether you are an experienced Agilist, or this is your first encounter with the Agile world, this workshop will add new tools and techniques to your repertoire for creating, managing and using User Stories.

We actively encourage participants to bring along troublesome User Stories and work with other collaborators to understand and improve them.
