Ideally, you will have tried LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, so that you have a rough idea of what they are. You will also have used MS Word and MS Excel; we will not be using these, but familiarity with them will help you understand the topics we discuss. Of course, bring an open mind!

We will show you specific examples of what we have done with AI to speed up and improve various aspects of small businesses. We will also demonstrate how we created these solutions. You will learn the ROSES technique for prompting, along with techniques for creating advanced prompts very quickly.
