However, how do you make sure that AI is ethical enough in the decision-making process?
- How to setup ethical bias checks for customer retention: How to tailor ethical bias-checked retention offers to each unique individual to keep the customer happy, to not harm the company's reputation because of black-box AI results and never leave money on the table.
