Using ECVET within Erasmus+ Mobility Projects

ECVET (European Credit transfer system for Vocational Education and Training) enables the skills that participants gain whilst abroad to be validated against the individual’s learning outcomes in respect of the knowledge, skills and competences required to achieve a qualification. The UK National Agency strongly recommends that organisations consider incorporating ECVET into their projects.

The UK ECVET Expert team will be carrying out a series of workshops in 2017 which will introduce you to ECVET and will provide you with knowledge and inspiration through a mix of case studies and interactive sessions as to how you can incorporate some of the principles of ECVET into your project. You will also have the opportunity to hear from other more experienced Erasmus+ mobility practitioners who will share their experiences.

Registration is now open for the Glasgow workshop taking place on 7th September 2017 at the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework Partnership, Glasgow. Registration will close on 31st August 2017, spaces are strictly limited.

Registration is also open for the same workshop in Birmingham and Cardiff in September and October 2017 respectively. If you are interested in attending one of these future events and wish to be notified of registration details for these workshops please email the team at ecvetexperts@ecorys.com.

Workshops are being organised as part of UK ECVET Experts team 2017 work plan, which aims to raise awareness of ECVET. FAQs

Can I use my mobile ticket on the day ?

Yes, we have introduced the use of mobile tickets.
You can either bring your printed ticket on the day or display your mobile ticket. To access your mobile ticket, download the Eventbrite app which is available for Apple and Android devices.

Once you have loaded the app, you can 'log in to get your tickets'. Enter the email address you used to book your tickets. If this is the first time using the app you will also need to set up a password. Once you have done this, you can access your booking in the 'My Tickets' screen. If you are using an apple device, you also have the option to add the ticket to your Passbook.
