Using evidence and objective-led planning to design interventions for Boys

By Greater Manchester Higher

Overview

Using the Taking Boys Seriously principles and Theory of Change approach to design interventions for Boys.

Designed for educators and those working with young people in other settings, this workshop will demonstrate how the Taking Boys Seriously principles and the Theory of Change framework can be used to design interventions that genuinely improve outcomes for boys and young men experiencing compound disadvantage.

You’ll learn how to use the Theory of Change as a practical tool to design, evidence, and refine activity that works. Drawing on real-world examples from schools that have successfully applied the TBS principles, the session will empower you to make a measurable difference in your own setting and contribute to a growing evidence base about what works.

This workshop is being delivered by the Greater Manchester Higher Uni Connect partnership, in partnership with Boys Impact.
