Using Flexible Work to Attract Top Talent

This 90 minute workshop delivered by Alison Manners from Flexibility Works, is designed for employers who may be struggling to attract and recruit the right staff to fill vacancies. This informative and interactive workshop will cover:

• What the evidence tells us about the difference flexible working makes when recruiting a great team
• What should you be thinking about when you have a vacancy?
• How can you maximise the success of advertising a vacancy using flex?
• How and when should you have the conversation about flexible working with candidates?

The workshop will also touch on how you can be ready for the upcoming changes to flexible working law. This will include easy-to- understand information on how the process for statutory flexible working requests will change, and what employers can do to ensure managers handle requests well when it comes into force in 2026/2027.
