Using GO for General Admin (11:15 - 12:00)

This 45 minute session will provide you with support to use GO for general (non-programme) administration (there will be a seperate session that will look at programme recording on GO) - and will cover things like:

• How to generate consent forms within GO

• How to check girl's data is correct

• How to generate registers and unit lists

• How to update your unit details (meeting night, times, subs information etc)

During the morning you will have the opportunity to participate in 3 different 45 minute sessions. There are 4 options - Using GO for general (non-programme) administration; Programme administration on GO; Accounts and Finance; and Girguiding forms. Please book on to 3 different sessions, and we will confirm the individual session times when you arrive.

There will be a welcome and short briefing at 09:15. We hope to have some mentors available between 12:00 and 13:00 to sign off portfolio evidence for anyone working on their LQ qualification, so please bring along your books and evidence files to the day.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is parking available at the school.

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring a note book and pen with you to the training - you do not need to wear uniform. If possible, please bring a reusable mug with you - there will be drinks available during the session. please wear clothes and shoes that will enable you to get onto the ground comfortably

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not need to bring your printed ticket with you to the training.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes - if you need to cancel your place on the training session, please do that via Eventbrite so that your space can be released for someone else.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

No - if you cannot attend, please cancel your booking and allow others to book their places directly through the system.
