In this training webinar, Microsoft trainer Lara Mellor will help build your confidence and ability in attending and running meetings using one of the most common platforms, Microsoft Teams.

Lara will cover:

• Using emoticons and raise hand to communicate
• Working with breakout rooms
• Allow attendees to unmute (or not)
• Changing your background
• Checking meeting details
• New views and why you would use them
• Download an attendance list
• Focus on shared content using focus mode

There will also be time to ask questions and have your specific queries answered.

Event Format: A 45-minute demonstration and explainer of how to use key features, followed by a 15 minute Q&A.
